Are you considering cancelling the May 2021 in-person conference and offering a virtual conference?
We have just over seven months until our conference takes place and the health and safety guidelines and challenges surrounding COVID-19 seem to change every day. Our planning team has had many conversations about the best way to move forward with the conference, and we will continue to do so. Rest assured, we are ABSOLUTELY going to have our International Brainspotting Conference! The only factor still under consideration is how it will look: whether it is an in-person conference, virtual or a hybrid model which would allow for some live attendees and some virtual. Our priorities will always be the health, safety, and satisfaction of our attendees and our entire Brainspotting Community.
What city should I book my flights into?
For those flying to the conference, please book your flights to arrive into Denver International Airport (DEN).
What dates should I book my flights?
If you are attending the Pre-conference, you’ll need to book your flights to arrive anytime on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 to attend the sessions starting the morning of Thursday, May 27, 2021.
All conference attendees should book their flights to arrive no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 27 to allow you to attend the Welcome Reception that evening.
The conference will end at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 30, 2021. Flight can be booked any time after 3:00 p.m. that day.

Yes, the negotiated hotel rate for the 2021 International Brainspotting Conference is $189/night plus 15.75% tax.

Uber/Lyft – Fares range from $40 - $50 depending on the going rates your day of travel.

When will a complete list of all conference sessions available?
Some sessions have been approved and posted on the website page titled, Presenters. Please visit this page often as more presenters are added frequently.
When will I be able to sign up for specific sessions?
All registrants will be sent an email this fall when sessions are open for registration.
I submitted an abstract to speak but have not heard if it has been approved. When can I expect an answer?
All presenters who submitted an abstract will be notified of their acceptance no later than June 15, 2020.
May I bring a guest to the Awards Dinner?
Yes, you may bring additional guests to the dinner and can pay for them when you register.
What are the costs of the conference?

If you registered to attend the Social and Awards Celebration on Saturday, May 29, 2021 dinner will be provided.
What is the proper attire for the conference?
Business casual is suggested. For the final night awards dinner, business dressy attire is suggested.
What kind of weather should I expect?
